My Approach

I’m versed in a variety of therapy techniques.

I do Adlerian, Cognitive Behavioral, Gestalt, and Accelerated Resolution Therapies. I pull from a number of  different modalities. 

I also do Pre-marriage counseling. 

And as well as providing Individual, Marriage and Family Counseling I specialize in Narcissism, Trauma Recovery and working with teenage boys.
